Zoe brings a rare combination of systems thinking and mission-driven perspective, with experience across government, corporate, and nonprofit environments. Holding an MBA in Supply Chain Management and a Master's in Nonprofit Administration, she founded Zerah Matrix to bridge the gap between what nonprofits want to do and what their internal infrastructure allows them to do by bringing practical AI and automation tools to organizations expected to do the most with the least.
